This is a deleted scene from the popular documentary movie "Bigger Stronger Faster." The reason why it was cut out of the movie is because I think Jay Cutler was worried about getting removed as a sponsor by MuscleTech and many others. If you remember Christian Boeving, he was one of the model bodybuilders posing in the movie. He claimed he did steroids throughout his whole life, because he claimed of taking steroids MuscleTech fired him. Anyways, back to Jay Cutler. He claims that because he works out his hardest and tries to be the best, he should be accepted as not a cheater. He claims "I have the edge." You know what, I totally disagree with Jay Cutler. I think he's just trying to justify taking steroids. It's not right, because I workout hard and try to be the best and I'm no where near his size. Maybe if none of them took steroids, then I probably could compete as a pro body builder. Basically I still think it's not fair!
Christian Boeving on taking Steroids and getting Fired from MuscleTech
This is a great video of showing bodybuilders back then and bodybuilders now. It shows popular bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Cutler, and Lou Ferrigno. It's a very inspirational video to get you pumped up for the next time you are working out. You might notice some of the old video footage is from the movie documentary "Pumping Iron," truly the best bodybuilding movie in my book. The song "Meant to Live" is by the band Switchfoot, I think it goes along with the bodybuilding video very well!
Awesome video of Steve Kuclo talking about the next show he's doing, Steve is currently aiming for 2009 Nationals. Steve talks about being smart with your bodybuilding supplements, don't over do it. He states everyone has enough time to progress over time, the muscle and growth will come over time, just keep it up. Steve throws up a shot of his monstrous bicep and tricep, he looks like he definitely put on some good arm size.
See what Steve Kuclo goes through to get 21 inch arms, he's training for 2009 Nationals. In the first part he does alternating curls with heavy weights and then he does heavy tricep press downs. This will create a big pump for your arms! Steve Kuclo is sponsored by Universal, he's a big fan of their protein drink Shock Therapy.
In this video you'll see Steve Kuclo training his arms, doing tricep exercises and bicep exercises. These a great exercises to do for building big arms, notice he doesn't take much of a break between sets, this is to create a really good pump. Hopefully he can do well at 2009 Nationals, keep training Steve! Looking good!
Check out this video of monstrous Steve Kuclo doing squats, he's got monster calves and quads. In this workout video he ends up doing 15 reps of heavy weight on hack squat machine. Then at the end he finishes off with 500lbs of 12 reps doing squats. Location Steve Kuclos trains at is Metroflex Plano Training Center. Steve makes this look easy! Steve Kuclo is getting ready for 2009 Nationals.
I know I said I'm not a big fan of the Bowflex machine, but that doesn't mean that Bowflex doesn't make other great fitness equipment. One piece of fitness equipment I really like is the Bowflex 1090 Dumbbells. Just like the Powerblock, they allow you to adjust the dumbbells from 10 pounds to 90 pounds. This is a lot more efficient for any workout, basically you don't have to worry about buying multiple dumbbells or switching between them. Just pick up two dumbbells and you're ready to go. For the price of $599, this is a great buy. If you purchase a set of hex dumbbells from 10-90 lbs, you're going to easily spend over $1k. This is really a great piece of fitness equipment to add to your home gym.

I know a lot of people are looking for something different, the Bowflex machine seems like it would be a good piece of fitness equipment to buy, but let me tell you from experience it isn't. The Bowflex resistant rods don't have constant resistance like free weights do, which I believe won't have as good muscle building power. Plus Bowflex won't tell you this, there resistance rods wear out down the line. So 4 years from now, you might have to buy new resistance rods. Knowing Bowflex, they won't be cheap to purchase. Remember, regular free weights will last a lifetime, no need to worry about any wear and tear. This is just my take on the Bowflex machine.

Body Solid make an affordable Lat Machine that is very smooth and of high quality. I've been surfing around the net looking for one and came across this one. It seems to be the most affordable, I seen it on one weight fitness site for only $299. That's not a bad price, especially when the machine has a rowing section also on it. The only downside is the square pole, square poles are not the smooth, but I have felt some that are really good. I definitely have to say though, this is a good lat machine for the money.
