I know I said I'm not a big fan of the Bowflex machine, but that doesn't mean that Bowflex doesn't make other great fitness equipment. One piece of fitness equipment I really like is the Bowflex 1090 Dumbbells. Just like the Powerblock, they allow you to adjust the dumbbells from 10 pounds to 90 pounds. This is a lot more efficient for any workout, basically you don't have to worry about buying multiple dumbbells or switching between them. Just pick up two dumbbells and you're ready to go. For the price of $599, this is a great buy. If you purchase a set of hex dumbbells from 10-90 lbs, you're going to easily spend over $1k. This is really a great piece of fitness equipment to add to your home gym.
