Guy off of YouTube has posted his ultimate home gym. He threw a ton of money in this gym, he's got just about every type of fitness machine imaginable. When he designed the house, he had a structural engineer help him design and reinforce this second-story gym above the garage. He also had a custom logo designed in the center of his lifting platform, this is what dreams are made of man. I just hope he uses all this fitness equipment, most of it looks immaculate and untouched. I bet this guy even polishes his weights, lol. I have to say it takes a lot of dedication and devotion to put together an ultimate home gym like this, I give the guy credit.

If you're looking for a cheap accessory to add to your home gym, why not try a dip machine? They are also called a power tower, they are great for working out your pecs and triceps. As you progress you can pick up a weight belt to allow you to add more weight when you do dips, this can help build up your tricep muscles big time. The power tower is even more efficient because it allows you to workout your abs and lats also. I posted down below a picture of the power tower.

Cable Crossovers can be a very expensive machine, that's why Powerline from Body Solid has put together an affordable cable crossover for sale. Just like any real commercial quality crossover, this machine is very smooth and allows you to put on multiple weight plates to help build muscle. It's a very trusty worthy design that lets you exercise virtually every muscle in your body. I actually saw one of these cable crossover machines for sale on Ebay for only $300, now that's a deal!

Powertec is having a great Christmas sale on three of their workbenches, this includes the Powertec Multi System, the Leverage Gym, and the Half Rack Combo. I recommend all three benches, they are all awesome. The Multi System Workbench might be better for you if you don't have any weights or fitness equipment yet. The special sale involves a free machine accessory of your own pick. So your own choice of either the leg lift, leg press, curl machine, pec fly, or the dip machine. This is limited offer and ends December 14th, so get over to Powertec and get your order in. This would make a great gift for Christmas gift!

Remember all of these Powertec accessories are free with a purchase with either the Multi System, the Leverage Gym, or the Half Rack Combo.

Has anyone noticed that the Shape System workbench has been removed entirely from Powertec's website store? A few weeks ago they were having a special on the Shape System, afterwards they must of ended the item from their lineup. It's kind of sad because the Powertec Shape System had promised, the weights just didn't move smooth enough on the poles. Maybe their designers are working on improving the system and once they're done they will relist the item. I would like to see the item back up for sale!

IFBB Pro Chris Cook shows you how to work out your rear delts on Powertec fitness equipment. He must be a big fan of Powertec fitness equipment too, either that or Powertec is sponsoring him. Chris Cook really goes into detail about rear delts, it's great to see a pro bodybuilder giving us some secrets of the trade. He suggests going high reps when you're working out your sholder muscles, he states it's more beneficial.
Man check out this bodybuilder's monstrous back and sholders, I posted this picture because it could possibly give you a lot of motivation. As you can see in the picture he has perfectly developed his traps, delts, lats, and lower back muscles.

Chris Bennett performs bicep curls on a cable crossover machine showing off his massive arms, his biceps are pumped up and you can see all the crazy veins in his arm. This exercise can really get your bicep to peak like a mountain.
The results are amazing with a cable crossover. Just check out the well defined back of IFBB Pro David Henry, you can see just about ever muscle in his back when he performs exercises on the cable crossover. David Henry now ranks among the top 20 IFBB pro bodybuilders worldwide.
One of the hardest muscles to hit is in the back of your shoulder, these muscles are called the back delts. One of my favorite exercises to workout the back region of the delts is using the cable crossover and performing backwards flies. I'm not sure of the name, so I just call them backward flies. It's an easy exercise to perform, just space your feet out shoulder length apart, grab on to the pole with your other hand, and swing your arm to the side of you. To really get the back part of the delts, position an incline bench in front of the cable crossover and lean on it, then perform the same movement. This is an awesome exercise to build up your shoulders, I've been doing it for years and the results are really strong shoulders. I'm very pleased with the exercise!
