Sergio Oliva is one of the first huge bodybuilders to hit the scene back in the 70s and 80s. The man was called "The Myth" because everyone who saw him at the 1967 Montreal World's Fair said he was "JUST UNBELIEVABLE." He became known as the first non-white athlete to win Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe. And believe it or not, he's the only bodybuilder to ever defeat Arnold Schwarzenegger in a Mr Olympia contest. By now you've probably heard of bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, he's considered a common house hold name believer it or not. He's a seven time Mr. Olympia 1st place winner, not only did he become a very dominant bodybuilder but he also became a movie star. He's definitely a very accomplished man! Here's pictures of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was in his prime.
This is what you call highly defined abs, it almost looks abnormal. Bodybuilder Amin Shahry demonstrates several different ways to flex and pose the abdominal muscles. I bet this bodybuilder has gone through long hours of working out his abs.
If you're looking to develop your abs, you should check out this 2 minute abs workout by Violte Zaki. It's very effective and is easy to do. If you do this workout everyday you're sure to develop some strong abs.
I'm amazed with this female bodybuilder Sheila Bleck, she's one of the most fully developed female bodybuilders I have ever seen. Her biceps are almost big as mine for God's sake, I wonder how much she weight she can put up on bench. Her back muscles look great too, I congratulate Sheila Bleck for such a developed body, good job!
Bicep hammer curls are one of my favorite exercises to do at the gym. They are great for getting that peak muscle in your bicep and they also help develop the muscles in your elbows. If you're new to bodybuilding you should start with light weight dumbbells with high reps, then work your way up to heavy dumbbells for low reps. This is an important exercise to commit to everytime your working your biceps out!

This female bodybuilder shows you how important dive bomber push ups can be for your workout routine. Dive bomber push ups are great for working out your triceps, lower body, shoulders, and chest muscles. Thought this won't put on a lot of bulk muscle, but they will burn a lot of calories and help tone your muscles up.
If you're looking for good strong olympic sized fitness equipment, you might want to try New York Barbells. Their prices are pretty reasonable, the only thing that catches up with you is the shipping. Shipping fitness weights from New York Barbells can be a bit expensive. I was checking out their hip sleds, lat machines, benches and they looks pretty impressive. For more information check out their site at newyorkbarbells.com.

Stretching is one of the important elements in working out everyday. I know a whole lot of bodybuilders who never stretch before their workouts, sometimes the consequences can be devastating. You need to loosen up your muscles and get them ready for working out. It's kind of like warming them up as you do with a car before you drive it in cold weather. If you choose not to you could possibly strain or pull a muscle. It's not considered an exercise, but it's very important, make sure you remember to stretch before your workouts.

If you have a cable crossover in your house you'll find it to be one of your favorite fitness machines to use. The exercises are endless, I love doing flyes on the cable crossover. It really works the inside of your pecs and tones them up. A lot of bodybuilders think it's for only toning and shaping muscles, but I think you can build up a lot of bulk muscle with a cable crossover. One exercise that is awesome for building up bulk muscle in your triceps is a cable crossover press down. It's easy to use and you can get all three muscles of your triceps.
Other exercises you can perform are bicep curls, bicep negative curls, leg kicks, sit ups, overhead cable extensions, cable skull crushers, and lat pull downs. You can actually get a fully body workout with a cable crossover machine.
